ALICANTE

Full-bodied from the southeast of Spain. This varietal is also cultivated in North Africa and California. The nose is a medley of pine, juniper and berry smells without the tarry quality one expects in such a heavy wine.

AMOROSSO (Amarone Style)

Based on the traditional Valpolicella blend of grapes producing an intense, rich and potent wine. Deep, dark in colour, full of ripe tannins, with a buttery finish.

BACO NOIR/CABERNET SAUVIGNON (Beer & Wine Factory’s Black Rabbit)

A delightful blend of the popular Baco Noir with popular Cabernet Sauvignon.

BARBERA

A full bodied wine with a combination of warm fruit and light oak, it possesses a dry crisp finish.

BERGAMAIS

A perfect “bistro” wine in the style of Beaujolais, with explosive berry flavours and a soft after taste. Serve lightly chilled with light meals.

CABERNET – AUSTRAILIAN

An exciting cabernet combining forward fruit flavours of cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant with a tremendous backing of tannin and structure. Rich and polished with a long, layered finish warmly accentuated with oak. Approachable in true Aussie style, our cabernet from down under is a long-lasting, robust wine.

CABERLOT

Popular blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, is extremely well known as it provides a rich wine that shows off dry characteristics due to the presence of Cabernet Sauvignon, while adding a little fruitiness from the presence of Merlot. Warm, full bodied and intense! Beautiful berry bouquet.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

A fresh cherry bouquet rounded off with peppery high dark, full bodied red.

CABERNET-SHIRAZ

A favourite in Australia. Rich and robust, this dark, full bodied wine benefits from the addition of oak. A great wine that should not be missed.

CARMENERE

A distinct blackcurrant nose paired with fruit jam flavors from Chile. Soft integrated tannins.

CARRIGNANE

Originating from Spain is also cultivated in Italy, Algeria and California. High tannins, alcohol and deep purple color produce a spicy and fruity wine.

CASTEL DEL PAPA

It is distinguished by its intense deep-red, virtually black colr. Good tannins, medium acidity and high alcohol level are all noticeable characteristics. Experience richness and fullness as the aromas of nutmeg and cocoa fills your glass. You will be conquered by the flavor of its ripe, small berries and lavender notes.

GAMAY

The bright red hue and rose reflections of this varietal are captivating. Full-bodied, its sustained tannins are well structured. The soft cherry palate and hint of apricot individualize the flavor.

GRENACHE

Originating from Spain, North Africa, Australia and California. Although often used in blends with darker reds, the Grenache is a light wine with low tannins.

Il Toscano (Chianti Style)

Chianti is a blend that is dominated by the sangiovese grape. It has a young ruby color tending to garnet and yields aromas of black cherries and chocolate with aromatic spices and wood. Good acidity and well integrated tannins. A truly aromatic wine!

LAMBRUSCO

A fruity nose, dark in colour and rich in taste. Traditionally made with a slight sweetness.

MALBEC

South American favorite offers a deep garnet robe in terms of color. Flavors you will experience are intense. Consisting of ripe red fruits with a hint of cinnamon, well balanced oak enhances the wine’s characteristic.

MERLOT

Popular variety presents a subtle black currant nose along with a floral touch of a hint of assorted peppers. Mellow tannins and soft finish.

MONTEPULICIANO

Cherry red colour with violet reflections and hints of raspberry and spices. A powerful wine with a touch of mint and fruit.

NEBBIOLO (Barolo style)

Garnet red and flashes of ruby color. The bouquet is both pleasing and intense with its aromatic firm but well integrated tannins give good length on the palate.

PINOT NOIR

Intense ruby red color presented with a solid acidity. Provides the palate with a blend of ripe cherry flavors and herby notes.

SANGIOVESE

A bright ruby color, you will notice a clean attack with soft tannins as the presence of fruity ripe berries.

SHIRAZ

Good acidity and rich velvety tannins provide a firm freshness. The intense red berries and black fruit matched with a smoky tint warms the palate as it follows the direction of the menthol aromas presented.

SHIRAZ/MERLOT

Wonderful combination of two popular, yet different wines. Resulting in a subtle aroma of blackcurrant and pepper. Dark ruby in color.

Valle dei Tempi (Valpolicella Style)

Ruby red-color, its bouquet of ripe cherries is enhanced by a touch of vanilla. It combines both subtlety and complexity on the palate with its medium acidity and softer tannins that bring roundness and finesses as well as good structure.

ZINFANDEL RED

California wine famous for its racy tannins and sun-ripening raspberry nose. The acidity level is balanced with a perfect alcohol content producing a full-bodied wine. Comprising the red berries, black cherries, pepper and spice accents produces a wonderful tasting wine!
