AUSTRALIAN CHARDONNAY 

A full bodied varietal wine, with subtle oak after taste, making it one of the most distinguished of our wines.

BLANC des CHATEAUX

Presents itself as a yellow wine with golden reflections, excuding apple, orange peel and flower aromas. A blend of peaches, citrus fruits and figs distringuish this wine. Soft acidity and good alcohol levels.

BODAILLES WHITE

A classic dry French style wine blended from Sauvignon and Semillon grapes. It is smooth and delicate with soft almond flavour.

CHAMBLAISE

Blended from Chenin Blanc and Colombard grapes, producing a crisp, semi-dry wine with a clean refreshing after taste.

CHARDASIA

Blend of Chardonnay and Malvasia, the most pleasant marriage of two white grape varieties. Incredibly intense, fruit filled bouquet and flavor of the Malvasia is paired beautifully with the buttery, vanilla and apple like character of the Chardonnay.

CHARDONNAY

The most popular of white wine. An impressive range of flavors from the buttered oak influences to the fresh fruit flavors of apple, pear, tropical, citrus and melon.

CHENIN BLANC

Dry or sweetened, this medium bodied wine has a crisp refreshing flavour with soft, fruity undertones.

GEWURZTRAMINER

A fragrant, robust wine popular in Germany and the Alsace region of France. A wonderful spicy experience that should not be missed. This very versatile wine compliments spicy foods.

GRIOGIONNAY – (Beer & Wine Factory’s White Rabbit)

True blend of Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay gives all the best characteristics that lie within each variety. Dry, crisp and acidic characteristics of the Pinot Grigio seem to have been made to blend in perfectly with the buttery, nutty and vanilla tones of the Chardonnay.

LIEBFRAUMILCH

One of the most popular and versatile German white wines. Excellent when served dry or lightly sweetened making it comparable to the commercial Blue Nun.

MOSCATO

Flavours of apricots and citrus dominate the taste with a lush mouth feel. Finish is crisp and well balanced.

PIESPORTER

A fine, quality white wine with a fragrant and spicy bouquet. A slightly softer wine than Gewürztraminer.

PINOT BLANC

Rich and full bodied. A close relation to Chardonnay with a more robust flavour.

PINOT CHARDONNAY

The royalty of varietal whites, truly enjoyable with its subtle, buttery after taste.

PINOT GRIGIO

Dry on the palate, with hints of green melon and a delicate bouquet of honey and herbs. A perfect wine for grilled chicken and seafood.

RIESLING

Clean and light with a spicy acidity. Riesling is the staple grape of Germany. An excellent choice for those who enjoy dry or sweetened German wines.

SAUVIGNON BLANC

A classic French wine with unique and complex undertones of herbs and spices.

SOAVE

Perhaps the most famous Italian white wine. It is fresh, dry and light in body.

TREBBIANO

A dry, full bodied wine with a pleasant fruit and floral nose. It has a lingering and refreshing finish.

VERDICCHIO

Clean and crisp with a light bite to entice the palate. Excellent when served young.

VINHO VERDE

Light in body Vinho Verde (Portuguese) has great digestive properties due to its freshness and special qualities.

VIOGNIER

This a distinctly dry wine that holds a rich and complex aroma. The aromas of apricots, honey and spices are abundantly clear. Experience a surprisingly dry smooth finish with this lightly golden yellow wine.

WHITE ZINFANDEL

Pale Blush color from the Zinfandel grapes. Good acidity and a perfect alcohol balance. This lightly colored wine is lively and pleasant.

BLUSH WINES

White Merlot

Blush Color predominant citrus and cherry fragrances, raspberry and hibiscus in the end. Very smooth in the mouth with alight and agreeable flavour.

ZINFANDEL BLUSH

A light wine with a delicate pink hue with a light cherry flavor it is a California wine made from the red grape.
