Beer & Wine Factory is a Brew on Premise. We are dedicated to increase your awareness and knowledge of making wine. 

You have a wide variety of wine varietals from around the world. Some of which are South American, European, U.S., Australian. Prices depend on which level of wine you choose, 5.1L,  6.3L,  10L, 12L, 16L or 23L juices. We offer port wine, red ice wine, white ice wines and a wide choice of fruit wines. Ask us about our own unique blends available to you!

Our wine juices are from high end wine suppliers like RJ Spagnols; Magnotta; Cellarcraft; and Fontana;  just to name a few. 
Special Occasion Wines:

Having a special occasion like a wedding, baptism etc., and thinking of serving wine? The following is a guide on evaluating how much wine you need for your guests. Allow up to 8 weeks for your wines to be prepared from start to finish. **Please check with you venue if you are permitted to bring your own wines. Rule of thumb is 1 bottle 750ml for every two guests.

  • 100 guests 5 cases of wine with 10 bottles extra
  • 120 guests 6 cases of wine with 12 bottles extra
  • 140 guests 7 cases of wine with 14 bottles extra
  • 160 guests 8 cases of wine with 16 bottles extra
  • It is always better to have extra bottles of wine then too little.
Picking wines for a crowd:

*Pick a wine that will appeal to almost everybody. Harmonize the wine with the food that ​ you’re serving. It should be light to medium body, fruity in taste and not too tart and ​ food friendly. If you can’t decide we will be more than happy to help you with your selection.
May we suggest:

*Perhaps you would like to make an extra batch and bottle in 375 ml bottles, with a thank you label, to give to your guests as an extra special token our your appreciation for their attendance on your special day!​ 

*Make sure you reserve a couple bottles for you to enjoy on your first anniversary! 

* Allow 2 – 4 months from bottling day to wedding day however if you are cutting your timeline short we can make excellent recommendations.
